Popcorn Properties, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company, was formed on December 16, 2005. We are a team of financial engineers that specialize in buying and selling real estate in Florida as well as all throughout the United States. We specialize in win-win propositions for both the seller and our buyer. We are not real estate agents or brokers. We are a team of problem solving investors determined to find a solution for a win-win real estate transaction that meets the needs of our clients.
